- Shipping the Product Back: Once you receive approval, please return the product in its original packaging. Depending on your location, return shipping fees may apply unless the item is incorrect.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll receive a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
